Beetroot Raita Recipe
Ingredients
| Beetroot | 1 Large, peeled | |
| 1 cup low fat natural yoghurt | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), grated | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped fresh coriander | ||
Directions
1. Refrigerate grated beet root. Mix yoghurt, garlic, salt.
2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
3. Stir in grated beetroot just before serving. Serve cold, garnished with fresh coriander.
