Ingredients

 Beetroots225 Gram (For 4)
 Sugar115 Gram (For 4)
 Mawa115 Gram (For 4)
 Clarified butter or hydrogenated fat 55 gm.
 Cardamoms To Taste (For 4)
 Pistachio nuts30 Gram (For 4)
 Silver paper

Directions

1. Peel and grate beetroot.
2. Heat fat. Fry grated beetroot. Add a little water and let it cook.
3. Add sugar and continue cooking.
4. When the mixture is almost dry, add mawa and powdered cardamoms.
5. Cook till it forms balls when tested with fingers.
6. Remove and spread on a greased plate.
7. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and garnish with silver paper.
