Tips: after blending you could also give a single boil and then cool.Garlic pods can also be added while grinding if its being boiled.Can add lots of cream,butter and cheese according to taste and preferences

Onion-1 small
 
Beetroot-2,
 
Tomato Puree-50ml,
 
Fresh Cream-30ml,
 
Cheese(grated)-2-3tsp,
 
Salt to taste.
 
For Garnishing:
 
Parsley leaves(chopped)or coriander finely chopped

Directions

Peel,cut beetroot into small pieces & Boil .Peel and chop the onions.Put all the ingredients in a blender,except the parsley/coriander and blend the mixture.Serve chilled garnished with chopped parsley leaves
