Beet soup Recipe
Tips: after blending you could also give a single boil and then cool.Garlic pods can also be added while grinding if its being boiled.Can add lots of cream,butter and cheese according to taste and preferences

Ingredients

| Beetroot | 2 | |
| Tomato puree | 50 Milliliter | |
| Cream fresh | 30 Milliliter | |
| Cheese | 3 , grated | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Parsley leaves(chopped)or coriander finely chopped | ||
Directions
Peel,cut beetroot into small pieces & Boil .Peel and chop the onions.Put all the ingredients in a blender,except the parsley/coriander and blend the mixture.Serve chilled garnished with chopped parsley leaves
