Ingredients

 
Canned Beets – 3 cups, finely chopped
 
Vinegar – 1 cup
 
Sugar – 6 ½ cup
 
Prepared Horseradish – 2 teaspoon
 
Cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon
 
All Spice – ¼ teaspoon
 
Cloves – ¼ teaspoon
 
Liquid Fruit Pectin – 1 bottle

Directions

MAKING
1) Drain the beets and place them in a saucepan
2) Add to it vinegar, sugar, horseradish and the spices
3) Bring the mixture to a rolling boil for a minute, stirring well
4) Take off from the heat and add in the liquid pectin
5) Skim off the foam and then pour the mixture into hot sterilized bottles
6) Seal at once

SERVING
7) Serve as a relish
