| Raspberry gelatin | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cherry gelatin | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Julienned beets | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Crushed pineapple | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Sweet pickle juice | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |

Directions
1) In a saucepan, dissolve the strawberry, cherry and raspberry gelatin in 4 cups of boiling water
2) Over a bowl drain the beets and pineapple, reserving the juices
3) Add the reserved juices and pickle juice to the gelatin mixture and chill till it becomes syrupy
4) Add in the beets and pineapple and pour into a 3 quart mould
5) Place in the refrigerator till firm
SERVING
6) Serve cold
