Directions
1) In a grinder, grind the beets and peanuts together
2) Mix together the beet mixture, lemon juice, French dressing, mayonnaise and salt
3) Toss the beets lightly to coat
4) Place in the refrigerator to chill
5) Serve on a platter with some lettuce leaves arranged
SERVING
6) Serve with some mayonnaise on the side
