Beet Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Hot water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 tsp instant beef bouillon | ||
| Beets | 1/2 Can (10oz), undrained | |
| Dry white wine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of dried dill weed | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Dairy sour cream | ||
Directions
Mix water and bouillon (dry) in 2-cup measure [4-cup measure].
Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream.
Microwave uncovered on high (550 watts) until hot, 3 to 4 min [5 to 6 min]
Top with spoonful of sour cream.
