Beet Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Beets | 1 Can (10oz), grated | |
| Lemon package | 1 | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Horseradish | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Drain beets and mix the juice with enough water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
Heat liquid and dissolve Jell-O with it.
Add sugar and vinegar.
Chill until partially set.
Grate beets and add to Jell-O.
Add horse radish last.
Chill until firm
