Beet Aspic Recipe
Ingredients
| Lemon package | 2 , flavored | |
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wine vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| 2 cups chopped cooked beets | ||
| Horseradish | 1 Tablespoon, pickled | |
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Mayonnaise | ||
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add sugar; stir until dissolved.
Add cold water, vinegar and salt to taste.
Chill until mixture is a soft jelly.
Add beets, horseradish, and onion.
Pour into a mold which has been rinsed with cold water.
Chill.
