Beet And Onion Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1(16 ounce) can sliced beets, undrained
1/2 onion, sliced in rings
Directions
Combine all ingredients and marinate at room temperature at least 30 minutes before serving.
Stir every 10 minutes.
