Beet and Horse Radish Relish Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 No. 2 can beets | ||
| 1 tablesp. granulated sugar | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 c. bottled horseradish | ||
| Vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 c canned beet juice | ||
Directions
Drain beets, reserving about 1/2 c liquor.
Cut beets in small dice; add seasonings, horse-radish, and vinegar.
Add enough beet juice to cover beet mixture.
Chill overnight.
Serve as a meat or fish accompaniment.
