Directions

Heat your deep fryer to 375 degrees

mix 1 cup Beer with 1 cup flour for your batter

add your seasonings to your batter and mix until the batter turns a slight orange color

cut your chicken breasts first down the center creating strips

coat each strip completeley with batter

if your using a deep fryer with the basket it's alot easier to lower the basket into the greases before adding the battered chicken.

place the chicken into the deep fryer by first holding a portion of the chicken in the oil before dropping completely, this will keep the chicken from sticking to the basket.

fry at 375 degrees for at least five minutes or until the coating is a golden brown.

repeat for each strip
enjoy.
