Ingredients
| 2 pounds fully cooked Polish sausage or frankfurters, cut into 1/2-inch pieces | ||
| Beer | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In skillet combine sausage and beer.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
Combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in vinegar, mustard, and horseradish.
Add to sausages; cook and stir till bubbly.
Turn into fondue pot; place over fondue burner.
