Beer Rarebit Recipe

| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

| Rice or toast | ||

Directions
Melt the butter in a deep saucepan, then add the remaining ingredients.
Stir well, over a gentle heat, until the cheese has melted.
Pour over rice or toast, and serve immediately.
