Beer Fritter Batter Recipe
Ingredients

| 1 tablespoon oil or melted butter | ||
| Flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup flat beer | ||
| 1 extra egg white | ||
Directions
Beat egg with oil and stir in flour mixed with salt.
Add beer and stir only until batter is mixed.
Let stand 1 to 2 hours.
When you are ready to use batter, beat extra egg white until stiff and lightly fold it in.
