Beer Cheese Soup Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups milk
1 (12 ounce) can beer
1 (16 ounce) package process cheese spread, cubed
1 1/2 teaspoons chicken flavored bouillon granules
3 dashes of hot sauce
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/4 cup water
Directions
Combine milk and beer in a Dutch oven.
Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
Add cheese spread, bouillon granules, and hot sauce.
Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly.
Combine flour and water, stirring until smooth.
Gradually stir flour mixture into cheese mixture; cook over medium low heat until thickened, stirring constantly
