1)In a large bowl add the cream cheese, colby jack cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce and mix well.
2)Flatten the beer and blend well in the bowl with the cheese.
3)Season the dip with salt and white pepper and mix well. Pop it in refrigerator to chill.
4)Serve the dip with your choice of chips and enjoy!
