Beer Cheese Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 1 1/2 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Whole wheat flour | 1/2 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Baking powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Instant onion | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Baking soda | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (about 8 ounces) | ||
| Beer | 1 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Oil | 1/3 Cup(16 tbs) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Oil and flour 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Set aside.
Mix all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, onion, baking soda and salt in medium mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat with electric mixer at medium speed about 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350 °F, 50 to 60 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Immediately remove from pan.
Cool on wire rack.
