 Sharp cheddar cheese1 Pound

 2 or 3 pods garlic (to taste)
 3/4 of a 12-oz. bottle of beer
 Worcestershire sauce3 Tablespoon
 1 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
 1 teaspoon powdered mustard
 Dash Tabasco sauce or cayenne pepper

Directions

Grind the cheese (do not use processed cheese) with garlic pods.
Mix with this: Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard and Tabasco or cayenne.
Put in a bowl in an electric mixer and add slowly enough beer to make a paste smooth enough to spread.
Store in covered jars and keep in icebox until needed.
