Beer Battered Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Boneless chicken breasts | 675 Gram | |

| 375 ml flour, all purpose | ||
| 125 ml ice cold beer | ||
| Baking powder | 5 Milliliter | |
| Safflower oil | 750 Milliliter | |
Directions
Cut the chicken into 1" (2.5 cm) strips.
Whip the eggs, 1 cup (250 ml) flour, beer, and baking powder together.
Heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).
Dust the chicken with remaining flour.
Dip into the batter then deep fry in small batches to golden brown, reserve hot.
Once all the chicken has been cooked, serve.
