Beer Batter Shrimp Recipe
I never knew that this Beer Batter Shrimp would taste so good ! I've never used beer in my batters before, but believe me, this dish has been a hit entree for me ! Try this Beer Batter Shrimp and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
1 pound shrimp, cleaned and de-veined
Batter:
4 ounces beer
4 ounces all-purpose flour
For Frying:
1 bottle (24 ounces) oil
Parsley
Lemon wedges
Directions
1. Mix beer and flour together.
2. Dip shrimp in batter.
3. Heat oil to boiling in a deep fat fryer or large and deep pot.
4. Fry shrimp a few at a time for about 10 minutes and place on a folded paper towel to remove grease.
5. Place parsley on a perforated ladle and quickly dip into oil.
