Beer Basted Sirloin Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 sirloin steaks | ||
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons grainy mustard | ||
| White vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Beer | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
Directions
Place sugar, mustard, vinegar, beer, onion and bay leaf in pan, bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer gently uncovered 10 minutes, cool.
Pour mixture over steaks, stand 1 to 2 hours, turning steaks occasionally.
Barbecue until golden brown on both sides.
