Beefy Tortilla Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup Country Dijon Mustard | ||
| Cream cheese | 3 Ounce, softened | |
| Prepared horseradish | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 teaspoons chopped cilantro or parsley | ||
| Flour tortillas | 2 | |
| Spinach leaves | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef | ||
| 1 large tomato, cut into 8 slices | ||
| Lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
In small bowl, combine mustard, cream cheese, horseradish and cilantro.
Spread each flour tortilla with half the mustard mixture.
Top each with half the spinach leaves, roast beef and tomato slices.
Roll up each tortilla jelly-roll fashion.
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and chill at least 1 hour.
