Ingredients
1 beef bouillon cube
1 3/4 cups water
1 cup uncooked white rice
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
Directions
1. In a 3-quart glass casserole, combine bouillon cube, water, rice, butter, and salt.
2. Cook, covered, 12 to 14 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
3. Rest, covered, 10 minutes. Stir in parsley flakes. Conventional oven: Bake at 375°F 1 hour.
