Beefy Noodle Casserole Recipe
Beefy noodle casserole is an oven baked noodle and beef casserole prepared with vegetables and mushrooms. Flavored with oregano and garlic powder for a fresh and flavorful taste, the beefy noodle casserole is topped with cheese and can be enjoyed as a complete and dilling meal.
Ingredients

| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Lean ground beef | 1 1/3 Pound | |
| Cream style corn | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Whole tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), undrained | |
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz), undiluted | |
| Dried oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded | ||
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Saute mushrooms, celery, onion, and green pepper in butter in a large Dutch oven until tender.
Add beef; cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
Drain.
Stir in corn and next 7 ingredients.
Add noodles; spoon mixture into a greased,deep 3 quart casserole.
Cover and bake at 325° for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle with cheese, and bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
