Beef Stroganoff Recipe
This Beef stroganoff is a great meal idea for a lazy Sunday afternoon. A one dish meal that would give you a lot of free time to spend with family. Enjoy!!

Ingredients
| Lean beef | 3 Pound | |
| Flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onions – 2, sliced | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Ketchup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Canned Button Mushrooms – 1 (8 ounce) | ||
| Buttermilk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Using a sharp knife, cut the beef into ½ by 2 inch strips about ¼ inch thick
2) In a bowl mix the flour, salt and pepper
3) Coat the beef in the flour mixture
4) In a skillet, fry the beef till both sides are browned
5) Add in the onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup
6) Drain the mushroom and add enough water to make I cup of the mushroom liquid
7) Add the beef to the mixture
8) Simmer for about 2 hours till tender
9) Add the mushrooms and the buttermilk and cook on a low heat till just cooked through

10) Serve warm over cooked rice or noodles
