Beefsteak Tomato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Beefsteak tomatoes | 4 , sliced | |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Onions spring | 2 , chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano or marjoram | ||
| A few leaves of fresh basil, roughly torn | ||
| 50 g / 2 oz black olives | ||
| Coarse sea salt and pepper | ||

Directions
MAKING
1. On a large platter arrange tomatoes in concentric circles such that they overlap each other slightly.
2. Over the top of tomatoes drizzle olive oil and season with salt and pepper as per taste.
3. Sprinkle spring onions over them along with oregano or marjoram and basil scattering olives over the top.
SERVING
4. To serve let the salad to stand for about 15 minutes and place on a serving plate.
