Beef Burger Hawaiian Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons catsup
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 slices bacon
Directions
Combine soy sauce, catsup, vinegar, garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a small mixing bowl, blend well.
Set mixture aside.
Combine ground beef, pineapple, salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a bowl.
Shape into 6 patties.
Wrap bacon around edge of each patty, and secure with a wooden pick.
Place patties in a shallow 2-quart dish.
Pour soy sauce mixture over patties, cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Place patties on broiler rack, spoon marinade over meat.
Broil 5 inches from heat 12 minutes, turning once.
Remove picks.
Set mixture aside.
Combine ground beef, pineapple, salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a bowl.
Shape into 6 patties.
Wrap bacon around edge of each patty, and secure with a wooden pick.
Place patties in a shallow 2-quart dish.
