Beef With Snow Peas Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef sirloin | 1 pound | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Onion | 1 Medium | |
| Peanut oil | 7 Tablespoon | |
| Bean sauce | 3 Tablespoon, canned | |
| Chinese snow peas package | 1 , frozen |
Directions
Cut the beef into 2 1/2x1x1/8 inch strips.
Combine the cornstarch and soy sauce and stir into the beef strips.
Cut the onion lengthwise into quarters; then cut the strips crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.
Crush and peel the garlic.
Serve immediately.
Asparagus Variation: Break off the tough ends of 2 pounds of asparagus and cut the stalks on the diagonal into 1 1/2 inch lengths.
Add to the wok in place of the snow peas following the above recipe; stir fry for a few minutes; cover and cook until the asparagus is tender crisp and bright green.
Add beef mixture and stir until heated through.
