Ingredients
| 1 pound beef, sliced thin | ||
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Onion | 4 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Chicken stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup cauliflower flowereh | ||
| 1/2 pound snow peas, stemmed | ||
| 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon (Thickening:) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Thickening:) | |
Directions
Heat a pan with oil and add the garlic; when it is brown, remove it.
Add the beef and saute for 20 seconds, then add the onion, salt and pepper and stir for another 10 seconds.
Slowly add the chicken stock, cauliflower and the snow peas.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked through but not limp.
Add thickening to the pan and stir constantly, and when the sauce thickens and becomes smooth, turn the meat and vegetables into a shallow bowl and serve immediately.
