1 green pepper, cut into 1/2 inch strips
 
1 red pepper (a green one that has vine ripened), if available, cut into 1/2 inch slices
 
2 scallions, cut into 1/2 inch slices
 
1 8 ounce can bamboo shoots, sliced
 
1/2 cup chicken or beef broth

Directions

Marinate the beef strips in the combined soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, and sugar for.
