Beef Wellington Recipe

This beef wellington recipe is a simple recipe prepared with beef fillets and pate. Cooked in the oven, the beef fillets are spead with pate and and place on pastry roll and folded over the edges. Directions

1.
Preheat oven to 220°C.
2.
Spread pate over top and sides of beef.
3.
Place beef on puff pastry and fold edges over, sealing with beaten egg.
Cut away excess pastry, tuck ends under beef.
4.
Decorate top with strips of pastry.
Brush with remaining beaten egg.
5.
Place on a pizza tray on Low Rack and cook for 45-50 minutes on CONVECTION 220°C
