Beef Tongue With Garlic Recipe
Ingredients
1 tbsp. soda
1 clove of garlic
1 3-lb. beef tongue
Directions
Combine soda with 1 cup hot water; scrub beef tongue well with soda water.
Place in pressure cooker with garlic; cook according to pressure cooker directions.
Cool; skin and slice before serving.
