Ingredients

 Beef tongue1 Large
 Diced celery1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Diced apple1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Chopped pecans1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Hard cooked eggs4 , chopped
 Diced sweet pickles1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

Steam or boil tongue until tender; remove skin and roots.
Finely chop or put tongue through food chopper.
Add remaining ingredients, using enough salad dressing to moisten
