Beef Tongue Salad Recipe
I was pretty not confident about this Beef Tongue Salad intially, but when I tried this the first time the accolades that flowed in was a bunch. This Beef Tongue Salad is just yum, give it a try to prove it yourself.
Ingredients
| Beef tongue | 1 Large | |
| Diced celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Diced apple | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Chopped pecans | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Hard cooked eggs | 4 , chopped | |
| Diced sweet pickles | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |
Directions
Steam or boil tongue until tender; remove skin and roots.
Finely chop or put tongue through food chopper.
Add remaining ingredients, using enough salad dressing to moisten
