Ingredients

 
4 pounds boneless sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
 
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
 
1/2 cup vegetable oil
 
2 cloves garlic, minced
 
1 (28-ounce) can tomatoes, undrained and chopped
 
1 large onion, chopped
 
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
 
2 teaspoons ground cumin
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/2 teaspoon pepper
 
Hot cooked noodles

Directions

Dredge beef in flour, brown in hot oil in a large Dutch oven, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients except noodles, cover and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.
Serve over noodles.
