Beef Tips Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef tips | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Flour | ||
| Cooking oil | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Sprinkle tips with salt and pepper; roll in flour.
Brown tips in cooking oil.
Pour off excess oil leaving only about 2 tablespoons.
Add water to make gravy.
Cover skillet and cook in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Good with rice.
