Directions
Add ground beef to the pan.
Cook beef, stir them.
Cook until meat turns brown, drain it.
Add onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, oregano, black pepper, salt, and cumin to the pan.
Add hot water, bring them to boil.
Lower the heat, simmer for 15 minutes.
Set the pan aside.
Fill taco shells with meat.
Wrap them in a foil.
Place foil in the hot oven for 2 minutes.
Unwrap the foil.
Garnish taco shells with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and salsa.
