Beef Stroganoff With Rice Recipe

Directions
In a pan saute the bell pepper till it becomes slightly soft.Add garlic to it & saute it with the bell pepper.To this add meat cubes to it & cook it till it becomes pink on the center.Add the remaining ingredients to this & cook it well.Keep it running on the heat till the rice is cooked.
Once the rice is cooked,spread it out on a plate & drop a spoon or two of the beef in middle of the rice.
