Beef Stroganoff Crepes Recipe
I have a recipe which is very near and dear to my heart and that is of Beef Stroganoff Crepes. French folks out there will love this recipe. There is not a single month when I don't serve this yummy Main Dish! You will fall head over heels in love with this easy and delectable Beef Stroganoff Crepes recipe as soon as you try it!
Ingredients
1 pound boneless sirloin
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 pound mushrooms, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup beef bouillon
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 tablespoon tomato paste or catsup
Sour cream for topping, optional
12 crepes
Directions
Cut sirloin into 1/4 inch strips.
Combine flour and salt and coat meat.
Heat butter and brown meat on both sides.
Add mushrooms and onion and cook 3 or 4 minutes, until onion is tender.
Add bouillon and cook for 3 minutes longer.
Mix the tomato paste into the sour cream and stir into the meat mixture on low heat.
Season to taste.
Divide mixture between crepes.
Roll and turn seam side down in a greased baking dish.
Top with more sour cream if desired and bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
