Beef Stew With Potato And Carrot Recipe

| 2 lbs beef cut into 2 in cubes | ||

| 6 carrots cut in half crosswise | ||
| 5 mediurn sized potatoes whole | ||
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Add fat to uncovered pan and brown meat in hot fat until golden brown.
Add salt, pepper, paprika and onion.
Place carrots and potatoes on top of meat and add water.
Cover pan, cook at 15 pounds for 15 minutes.
Allow pressure to go down normally.
