This looks like a wonderful stewed beef rib dish ~ I'll try this sometime. So, we can use either water chestnuts or a huge cut-up radish. I thought this video-recipe was going to be for the long-marinated, then grilled Galbi. Will you be making a recipe for that Galbi soon? ~ Thank you Maangchi!
