Beef Seville Recipe
Ingredients

| Chuck steak | 3⁄4 Pound, cubed | |
| All purpose flour | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Orange | 1 , grated rind and juiced | |
| Beef stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange drink | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dried apricots | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Watercress | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish) | |

Directions
Add the meat and fry, turning, until evenly browned.
Sprinkle in the flour and continue to cook for 1 minute.
Transfer the meat and vegetables to a 900 ml/1 1/2 pint (3 3/4 cup) casserole dish.
Stir in the orange rind and juice, stock and orange squash (drink).
Add plenty of salt and pepper to taste and the apricots.
Cover and cook in a preheated moderate oven (160°C/325°F, Gas Mark 3) for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Garnish with watercress and serve with rice or potatoes.
