| Canned pimento | 4 Ounce, chopped | |
| Salad dressing | 1 Pint | |
| Broth | 4 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed) |

Directions
Remove fat and bones; grind in food chopper using fine plate.
Mix pickles, eggs and pimento with ground meat, adding salad dressing and enough meat broth to make a moist mixture.
Place in mold or serving dish; refrigerate until ready to serve
