Beef Rolls With Onion Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. minute steaks
1 C stuffing mix, prepared as directed
1 can (10 oz.) beef gravy
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 C water
1/4 t nutmeg
Directions
In center of each steak place a spoonful of prepared stuffing.
Roll up each steak and secure with a toothpick.
Place in an ovenproof dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Pour sauce over meat rolls, cover and bake 30 minutes at 375° F.
Baste once after 15 minutes.
