Beef Roast With Mushroom Gravy Recipe
The beef roast with mushroom gravy is prepared with roast beef and cream of mushroom. Cooked in a dutch oven, the beef roast with mushroom gravy can be served with hot rice as a full meal.
Ingredients
1 3 to 4 lb. beef roast
Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can condensed cream of mushroom
1 envelope onion soup mix
Directions
Roll beef in flour; brown in hot fat in Dutch oven.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add soup and soup mix.
Cover; cook 30 minutes per pound at 325 degrees.
Thin pan juices with hot water, if necessary, before serving.
