 Pears2 , cored and sliced
 Hot red pepper To Taste
 Walnuts1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
 Thyme1 Tablespoon, dried
 Honey3 Tablespoon
 White wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
