 Ground beef1 Pound
 Wide noodles5 Ounce (1 package)
 Chopped green pepper1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Chopped onion1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Butter5 Tablespoon
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Mushroom1 Can (10 oz)
 Canned tomatoes17 Ounce (1 can, No.303 size)
 Cubed cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cubed bread3

Directions

Brown ground beef.
Boil noodles in salted water until tender; drain.
Saute diced green pepper and onion in the 2 tablespoons butter.
Add ground beef and noodles in saucepan.
Add salt, mushroom soup and tomatoes which have strained through a sieve.
Heat to boiling; add cheese cubes and stir until melted.
Pour into a 2-quart casserole.
Brown bread cubes in remaining butter.
Sprinkle over top of casserole.
Cover; bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until bread is browned and crisp.
