Beef-Mushroom Freezer Mix Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 4 Pound | |
| Onions | 2 1/2 Large, chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 3 Can (10oz) | |
| Mushroom | 3 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 1/2 cup water or red wine | ||
| 1 tablespoon instant beef bouillon | ||
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cook beef in a dutch oven until brown.
Drain off fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Divide mixture among four 1 quart freezer containers (about 3 cups in each).
Cool quickly.
Cover and label; freeze no longer than 3 months .
Use freezer mix in the recipes that follow.
