Beef-Mushroom Freezer Mix Recipe

 Ground beef4 Pound
 Onions2 1/2 Large, chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 Condensed cream of mushroom soup3 Can (10oz)
 Mushroom3 Can (10oz), drained
 1/2 cup water or red wine
 1 tablespoon instant beef bouillon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Cook beef in a dutch oven until brown.
Drain off fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Divide mixture among four 1 quart freezer containers (about 3 cups in each).
Cool quickly.
Cover and label; freeze no longer than 3 months .
Use freezer mix in the recipes that follow.
