Beef Miroton Recipe
Ingredients
| Onions | 6 | |
| Fat | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Bouillon | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Beef slice | 12 , cooked | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 400F degrees
2.Also slice the onions
MAKING
3.In a pan, place the onions and brown in fat
4.Also add flour, vinegar and bouillon to the pan
5.Cook together until the mixture has thickened, keep stirring constantly
6.Season with salt and pepper
7.Now place the slices of beef in the sauce and heat it for a few minutes
8.In a baking dish, pour the mixture and sprinkle with crumbs
9.Bake for 10 minutes

10.Serve with salads or a sauce of your choice
