| Eggs | 2 , slightly beaten | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Minced onion | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Minced green pepper | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Horse radish | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Catsup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Fat/Drippings | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
Add bread crumbs, onion, and green pepper, mixing gently.
Stir in horse-radish, salt, mustard, milk, and catchup.
Shape into loaf.
Brown well on all sides in melted drippings in cooker.
Brush top of loaf with additional catchup.
Cool cooker a few minutes before adding water to prevent evaporation.
Pressure cook at 15 lbs.pressure for 15 minutes.
Reduce pressure immediately.
